WANT A PARTY?
The function and meeting rooms are available for hire to members for weddings, anniversaries, birthday party's (no 18th or 21st), Christmas parties, seminars etc.
Situated on the first floor, this room is an ideal meeting room for up to 16 people. Hire of this room is free for either regular meetings or a one off booking.
Our air conditioned Olympic room is our original skittle alley/function room. It was widened and refurbished to a high standard in 2012, with the bar area improved in 2014. It is available to hire during the day or at weekends and can cater for functions of up to 140 people or 80 for a sit down meal, using our banquet tables. This room is suitable for disabled access as all facilities are on the level.
Our air conditioned Jubilee room is situated at basement level and can carer for functions of up to 80 people. The room is all self contained, having it's own bar and toilets. Completed in 2012 it is furnished to a high standard and can hold functions, skittles or business seminars.
It is a requirement of the club that bookings must be made by a member of the club. Any exceptions are at the discretion of the committee. All functions are approved by the committee, any functions may be declined and a full refund given. We have several buffet options, plus a full wedding package available. Please see are buffets tab for more information. We do allow you to provide your own catering, but all food must be cleared away at the end of the function. We are unable to refrigerate private buffets.
